Marina Chevalier has completed an LLB/BSc conjoint degree at Victoria University of Wellington and has joined Ākarana Chambers as a law clerk. She was admitted to the bar in October 2019. Marina is assisting Stuart Ryan with legal research and case preparation.
During her studies, Marina was in the Law Reform team of Wellington Community Justice Project and volunteered for the Victoria University Sustainability Services.
In 2017, she completed a year-long exchange at Sciences Po university in Paris, taking law courses in French and English. Marina is a keen singer and performer, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
